1. You can cook your own food at your flat or you can purchase food from our own canteen permanently or on a daily basis.
2. A restaurant will also be there at our premises, from where you can take room service.

Laundry : You can wash your clothes by your own at your flat or you can take our laundry service permanently or on a daily / need basis.

House Maid & Sweeper : House maid and Sweeper services will be provided by us, which will be on a monthly paid basis, if you come for a SHORT STAY, payment will be on daily basis.

Transport and Vehicle :

1. Garage Space for your personal car.
2. Maintenance of the fitness / health of the car and updating all legal documents of the car timely.
3. Washing Bay for car cleaning.
4. You can take need based car rental provided by us.
5. You can also hire drivers for your personal vehicle.

Market :

1. A general store will be there inside the premises to meet your daily grocery and stationery needs.
2. A medical shop will also be inside the premises for your emergency and regular needs.
3. Home delivery option will be there for both the general store or medicine shop.
4. We are planning to open either CSP ( Customer Service Point ) or ATM inside the premises for the convenience of the elderly people.

Medical Support :

1. Routine physical checkup on a regular interval.
2. Nurse center, Aaya and Room Service Desk will be at every floor.
3. Doctor on call.
4. Immediate shifting from your flat to our treatment facility for emergency services.
5. 24*7 in house ambulance service for transfer to other hospitals.
6. Pathological testing facility.

1. 24*7 CCTC surveillance.
2. Properly trained security personnels for handling situations.
3. Attendant in every building for meeting emergency needs of members.

Guest House for short stay :

1. Family members of the members can stay here.
2. Any senior citizen, irrespective of membership can opt for a short stay here.
